Loved the continental breakfast options, especially the exotic dish of toast and jam. And let's not forget about the thrilling billiards games - I felt like a true champion with every missed shot.
Oh, how I enjoyed standing in line for the only bathroom, a true test of my patience and bladder control.

The atmosphere and aesthetic of the hostel give it a hotel-like feeling. the spacious lobby is a great feature. the staff, especially Ms. Pink and Ms. Hoan, were extremely helpful. the wristband key is convenient and opens everything. the hostel has a pool, elevator, and billiards. the beds are super comfortable and the en-suite bathrooms are separate, so no worries about stinky drains. the staff, including Tuân and Như, were great.
Felt right at home, no complaints.

We had a great time at this hostel! The facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic pool area and the best pool table in Vietnam. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, arranging transfers and making our stay even more enjoyable. Special shoutout to Mark and the girls at the front desk for their kindness and excellent service. The interior and decoration were modern and impeccably clean. This place had everything we needed and more.
We felt very lucky during our stay here, as there was no reason to complain.

The rooms at The One Hostel Hanoi are really cozy and comfortable, with a relaxed vibe. I loved the ones with a balcony and city view - it was a great spot to chill and enjoy the bustling atmosphere of Hanoi. The beds were comfy, and the wardrobe was handy to keep my stuff organized. Plus, they even provided bed linen!
Personally, I found some of the rooms at The One Hostel Hanoi a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure others might still enjoy the cozy feel.

Super convenient, just a short hop from the airport. The breakfast was so fancy, I felt like a queen. And the billiards? Well, let's just say I crushed it.
Oh, the see-through toilet doors were such a delightful surprise. Who needs privacy when you can bond with strangers in the bathroom?

I had an amazing stay at this modern new build hostel in the heart of Hanoi. The facilities were excellent and the staff, especially Lily, Pink, Nhu, Mark, and Mia. It felt more like staying in a hotel than a hostel and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The breakfast option could be improved with a larger serving size or more variety.

The staff at this hostel are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. They go above and beyond to assist you with any requests or issues, just like Pink and Lily did when I lost my phone. The private bunks are comfortable and come with nice smelling towels. Additionally, the pool is very nice and perfect for relaxing after a long day of work.
Some guests mentioned that the music around the pool can be a bit too loud for the early hours of the day.

The rooms were nice and clean, with comfortable beds and spacious lockers. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist guests. The facilities were outstanding for a hostel, including a pool, bars, and a restaurant. The atmosphere and aesthetic of the hostel were great, giving it a hotel-like vibe. The wrist band key system was convenient and allowed for easy access to everything.
The bathroom situation was not ideal, with only one bathroom shared among six people. The bathroom floor would get wet when someone showered, making it uncomfortable for others to use.
